Benji is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training 3 days a week, really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the sessions.
He is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.
Importantly:
– He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.
– He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.
I thoroughly enjoy working out in the outdoor environment, and would recommend Benji to anyone looking to improve their overall fitness and health.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Educating my clients how to properly exercise and the knowledge behind what muscle group is being worked on. Motivating and emphasizing the importance of accountability such as sharing pictures of their meals which allows me to develop a food personality assessment to help reach their goals faster. Choosing locations that are convenient such as recreational parks to avoid rush hour traffic. These are just a few of the things I like to do in helping my clients achieve their fitness goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret to getting the body of your dreams, in my opinion is understanding that working out and losing weight is not an easy fix, but a lifestyle change. Balancing your eating habits and nutrition is pivotal as well as supplementary to your work out regime.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting and establishing long term relationships with people. Truly caring about people and believing that my service is changing people lives; whether is losing weight for relationship purposes, stress from work, or constantly in pain and lost confident in working out. When you are passionate in what you do, your job becomes your life's work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always been a care taker and want to help people not just physically but how they feel internally. I realized early on that medical school wasn't for me, so I started my own personal training business which allows me the freedom to accompany my clients schedule and flexibility. Establishing personal relationships that will last for a lifetime is what drives me and fuels my passion for the health and fitness industry. Being able to see my client's results and transformation is the cherry on top.

I have studied Kinesiology with the intention of becoming a Chiropractor. After over a year of medical school I realized that I wanted to work with a full range of clients and decided to become a personal trainer.
With a degree in Kinesiology and Health, I worked as an independent trainer out at a privately owned fitness facility called The Flex. For the last 2 years, I've worked in a commercial facility primarily with injury rehabilitation and holistic medicine.
With my programs, I focus on achieving absolute health for my clients through personalized nutrition, and a strength and conditioning program individually tailored to their needs. They range from long term weight loss to rehabilitation for injury, building muscle to athletic performance.
In Home Training
We deliver customized workout programs to your doorstep or area of choice. Our training programs are specifically tailored to your individual goals after an assessment is performed. Whether your goals are strength, physique, or weight loss we can accommodate you.
Virtual Training
With this package, you will meet one-on-one with Benjamin online, two to four times per week for online personal training. You will exercise, learn, and plan your healthy lifestyle via live video call. We will work with you via our preferred communication method - Zoom. Benjamin will formulate custom workout regimens based on your needs, and together, you can track and review your progress through the online fitness portal. With this plan, you have round-the-clock access to your online trainer for questions, comments, and feedback. All you have to do is sweat!
Couples Training
Take advantage of our two-on-one personal training where you will receive personalized attention and the sessions and workout programs are tailored to each individual. This option is perfect for those on a limited budget as well as couples, best friends, or workout buddies who want to train together at the same time/day
Advanced Assisted Stretching
If you find yourself in pain or having muscle soreness and you are not sure why, we can help you correct the issues. Inefficient movement or activity can create areas of imbalance and weakness resulting in non-injury related pain. We specialize in helping people correct their movement patterns and strengthen any weaknesses to alleviate issues.
7-Day Customized Meal Plan
Healthy eating shouldn't be a struggle. With the right education and guidance, nutritious eating can be fun, rewarding and delicious! Get a 7-day customized meal plan to follow for 4 weeks, based on your personal goals, lifestyle, and food preferences. Your nutritionist will provide personalized guidance for 28 days with weekly check-ins to help you along your way.

Online Nutrition Coaching
With my habit-based nutrition coaching program, I can easily and effectively deliver daily habits/practices, lessons, assignments, exercises and check-ins...to guiding you step-by-step for up to one full year. This includes 2 calls per month for maintaining accountability and consistency throughout the program.
In Person Nutrition Coaching
This allows for private one-on-one nutrition coaching as well as staying accountable and consistent with personal help from me.
I will help you design a nutrition plan that will work for you and push you towards your goals. The plans can be as general or as specific as you need. In general, our philosophy is to achieve health first and aesthetics secondary. We can work with you on nutrition with or without an exercise plan.
Home Gym Design
We offer a complimentary in-home consultation for clients who have a need for multiple pieces of equipment. Customers outside Benefitnessnow or customers with smaller equipment needs will be assisted via complimentary phone or email consult.
Home Gym Design Questionnaire must be filled prior to meeting.
