I have had a great time training with Kerrie – the sessions are really varied with a mix of cardio and strength training which give you a full body workout! I definitely work harder and get more out of exercise, Kerrie is motivational and encourages you to reach your limits. In addition, Kerrie gives you advice on food and diet, providing feedback on your choices and making suggestions on how to improve. I have made real changes to my diet – several weeks in it doesn’t feel like I’m restricting what I eat and I enjoy making healthy choices. I’ve seen positive improvements to my weight and fitness and am looking forward to continuing my sessions! More...

I've been training with Kerrie for the past 6 weeks. I decided to sign up as I was only doing cardio at the gym and didn't really know where to start with resistance or weight training. Kerrie has been amazing and really motivated me, she's given me advice with both diet and exercise which has made a huge difference. I feel a lot fitter, stronger and more toned than I ever have so would definitely recommend for anyone who just needs a bit of a kick start. I'll definitely be carrying on! More...

I am so very pleased with Benefit. In April I was on the verge of exhaustion with my GP wanting to sign me off sick. I hardly slept, my blood pressure was high and I was overweight despite regular exercise. Kerrie analysed my eating habits and helped me to understand the changes I needed to make to improve my health. I have changed what I eat - in fact eating more. My energy and sleep have improved drastically and blood pressure is normal. Even though I have always done gym classes - Kerrie has taught me about the types of exercise I need to do to lose weight. Most of all Kerrie has been with me every step of the way - always encouraging and supporting. Today I have hit my first stone in weight loss. It's been a steady sustainable loss - no crash diets or extreme exercising. I feel I have changed my habits. I would highly recommend Kerrie to anyone who wants to make life changing sustainable health choices. More...
