What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Do something you love, only then will you stick to it long term. Training needs to be fun, engaging and leave you feeling great. If you do a style of training you don't enjoy you will only leave feeling demotivated and in turn give up.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to work with individuals of all abilities, I love the challenge of changing somebody mindset and lifestyle through training and nutrition. When I see the end result of what my clients have achieved through hard work and dedication, it leaves me feeling pretty damn good.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Ive always been a go getter so it was only right I started my own business doing something I love, something I'm passionate about and something I feel I could give back to others. If you aren't inspiring and changing people through your work you are missing a trick.
