At Ben Anderson Personal Training, I care just as much about the 23hrs in the day that we're not together as I do the 1 hour in the gym that we are. That is why when you work with me you get my constant support and a nothing is too much trouble approach to helping you achieve your goals.

Well this amazing man changed my life 9 months ago after three months of a strict diet which consisted of nothing but healthy eating no treats no drinking Ben came along!
He taught me that with moderation, hard work and dedication I could get to where I wanted to be.
I started and was a little unsure wondering how I could possibly eat the amount I did and still lose weight and I could treat myself as well �
Well one week in and jumping on the scales I was amazed it worked every week just got better and better learning new bits of information which really helped me along the way.
6 weeks down the line I lost nearly 2 stone I just couldn’t believe it I was overjoyed �
Even when I finished my 6 weeks Ben would check in on me making sure I was still on target feeling confident and happy and I was he didn’t have to do this but it was a great pick me up on days where I felt a little lost!
9 months down the line I’ve lost 5 stone and 5 dress sizes and I’m loving life. Ben also gave me the confidence to achieve another goal I am now a fully qualified personal trainer helping others achieve their goals and passing on everything I learned.
Thank you Ben I will be forever grateful for everything you did for me and anyone questioning whether they should or shouldn’t you absolutely should don’t question or doubt jump in with two feet and never look back ���

Have to put 5 stars really as have a session early tomorrow... Seriously good trainer who has got me through rehab (post break and surgery) to the point where it almost looks like I can lift heavy things properly.
Recommend if you are looking for a trainer who makes sure to cover all aspects of training and cares for the process as well as the outcome.

I help my clients achieve their fitness goal by listening to them and giving them what they want. Working together to create a plan that is going to ensure that they reach their health and fitness goals. Each client of mine receives a personalised programme that is tailored to suit them and is specific to their goal. I also provide constant support to my clients, I understand how difficult it can be for some people, so I like to provide a nothing is too much trouble attitude when it comes to my clients.

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is to keep things simple and to keep things individual. It can become so easy these days to get caught up in the hype of the latest fitness trend or the latest new diet, but what might work for one person might not necessarily work for another. The key to success is to find out what works best for you and to then be consistent with it.

The thing I love most about my job is helping people, the satisfaction you feel when one of your clients reaches a new milestone is just incredible. I love being able to educate people so that they can continue their journeys for the rest of their lives and not feel lost.

I was never interested in personal training when I first started on the career ladder, I enjoyed training myself but it was never something I considered. However over the years I got so frustrated and also upset at the amount of wrong information and poor advice that personal trainers were given out to their clients that I decided it was time to do something about it, so I started Ben Anderson Personal Training so that people could receive the best training possible and not be led down the wrong path.

I believe that you should choose me because I genuinely care about the service and the treatment that my clients receive, unlike a lot of personal trainers who will simply get you to work up a sweat then send you on your way. For me that isn't enough, I believe you deserve more than what most personal trainers are willing to give.
