Supposed to visit me on Sunday, 16th June regarding a problem with a guttering installation. Never appeared - not even an update telephone call. Did, however, visit unexpectedly on Tuesday 18th June. I was out at the time. My wife was at home but she was not to acquaint with my guttering problem. Mr Belton told her that he would visit late afternoon on Thursday 20th June - still waiting! No excuse for avoiding contact with a customer. Telephoned several times but only get voicemail. I am sorry to have to make such an apparent derogatory comment but he responded quick enough when initially contracted for the required work. More...

What inspired you to start your own business?
My father was a roofer who worked for a company for many years until a back injury. It is my dad who persuaded me and help me to start myself
