Kat helped me with an unbelievable concept involving 20 individually made cupcakes for a job interview I had last year! I had a presentation to do for a telecoms company about the importance of quality!
I had a display made up of what poor quality was (a high street chain bakery, with poor ingredients and unengaged staff that resulted in bad cakes) obviously this was followed with Kat's high quality made cupcakes and how these differences impact the customer!!! This was shown to the interviewers to help them understand how quality matters by putting them into a situation they
could relate to - to experience good and bad quality in the form of cakes and how this effected their purchasing powers on a personal level. At the end of the presentation the two interviews took home 8 of Kat's cupcakes to their families! - and to sweeten the deal I had a job offer off the back of it!
Kat shows true professionalism, is creative, meets the customers needs and has the upmost passion for what she does and this is reflected in the care she takes with every unique order! These cakes are absolutely delicious and I would recommend you try them!!!❤️️
