My daughter had her photoshoot today, a day we were planning since August of last year little did we know that the weather was not going to be on our side. Karolina our hair and makeup artist took charge of the situation and within minutes she had saved our photoshoot day. She made sure our day was perfect when we thought all our plans were going to be ruined. She was not only there to do her hair and make up but to make sure my daughter had the most perfect experience, the one we’d been waiting for but even better. Yunier our photographer was patient and so professional, he helped my shy daughter feel comfortable and ready for pictures, he got some incredible photos, and he never stop suggesting more options and ideas to make her takes perfect. My daughter wanted a 15 birthday party, that was her dream. My dream to be able to do a professional photo session. I search several sites and called different places.
At the end my selection was Bella’s Quince - it was amazing. The staff really know how to make you feel beautiful. From Kairin our consultant to our make up artist Maylin and photographer Miguel made our day full of magic.
I just pickup my daughter 15’s album and it is like living it all over again.
It was just a very special day and a very special staff made it happen.

Update: I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from the owner today. Inquiring about my experience. The owner not only listened but also suggested how we could resolve the issue. I have to admit that prior to the visit outlined below, I would have given 5 stars.

This was going to be our second time using Bella Quinces. We have not received our photos from the first session and although we had some bumps along the way, we thought we would give it another shot. This time at the Hialeah store. So I made an appointment for Sunday at 3, by the way I was told you could only come on Sunday if you have an appointment. We also traveled 168 miles a little over 3 hours one way. Only to find several people ahead of me when I arrived whom did not have appointments. There is only one sales associate on sundays, so it can take some time. Which I expected and wouldn’t mind for the people who had appointments prior to mine. I would never want someone to feel rushed through the process. I never did get to talk to the sales associate, except when she came to inform me that the second reason we were visiting the store was impossible. I had indicated to the person when I made the appointment that my daughter had not yet been able to see the color swatches for the exterior of her photo book and that we just need to see the small ring with the swatches to pick a color and we would later submit our picture choices to the studio. After being told it was impossible the sales associate left me, to take care of the people who did not have appointments. She was actually quite rude, telling me it’s not her problem. I suppose she is correct it’s not her problem, but it’s also my prerogative to give my business to another more deserving store and sales associate, as I am quite sure they work on commission. My advice, be sure to get a name when something is being promised or get it in writing. Unfortunately this is just one of several things that have not gone as planned with Bella Quinces. More...

WOW. Bella quinces, has made my dreams come true more than once, ... if you read their "about us" tab on their website you will see, they were called something else prior to this name.
They have been in business for more than 40 years, and I am a true witness to that.. I did my first communion, quinces, wedding and this year my daughter did her 15s.

Yes, it may cost a little more than other places, but guess what they offer payment plans... it took me 1 year to pay my package, and I was done before I knew it. They have packages for every budget.
