I had to give one star rating to be able to post this review but even that is not justified;
I sent a comprehensive set of documents, including a copy of an e-mail where a department head, presumably a senior solicitor, admitted full responsibility for a para-legal refusing to complete my wife 's and my Will and documentary proof that the reasons given were both lies.
