Charlene and Tony are have been very helpful. I now am sticking to a diet that is tailored to my needs and preferences, I have tried so many diets and workouts, but so far Be More Fit is the only thing that has led me to stick to it and even be excited about it. Top notch!

Wonderful experience with Charlene! I had been out of the gym for 2 years due to knee problems. Charlene took me back to basics and helped me to build up my confidence and rehab my knee. I was not expecting quite how much my body changed in only 10 weeks. I went from walking with 2 sticks and knee braces to having no knee pain at all upon hiking up or down and being able to squat and deadlift >30kg my starting weight. The thing I enjoyed most about working with Charlene was that we got on really well and she motivated me in fun and interesting sessions. I appreciate that she was also showing me how to use lots of different gym equipment so that I could go on and use the gym myself without feeling worried about how to use it/correct form. After months of training myself and not seeing much of a result I started personal training sessions with Charlene. I've found the service as a whole to be top quality. I would recommend her to anyone wanting a trainer! So far I've had:• diet plan tailored to my training, that gets regularly updated to my needs • progressive workout plans to help me reach my goal which is mainly muscle growth• one on one sessions that push me and have already made me feel so much more confident in myself.
