I found B Brill Plumbing & Heating listed as a Nest Pro installer covering Milton Keynes on the Nest website, Ben was able to fit me in at relatively short notice which was much appreciated. He arrived with a colleague at the time he said he would, both were very professional, knowledgable and polite - they even took their shoes off without it being mentioned which is always the sign of a good tradesman in my eyes!The job was to fit a replacement Heatlink for a Nest Thermostat, as with any technology sometimes things don't always go to plan but Ben persevered and got my heating up and running again. This was a replacement device so I already knew how to use all the features but even so Ben offered to talk me through the set up and use of the Nest.I would highly recommend B Brill Plumbing & Heating and will definitely use them for any future plumbing jobs that are needed. Had numerous issues with boiler since moving in. Went to turn on the heating for the first time this year and it started playing up again. Ben came out the same day that I called him and fixed it but advised we may need a new boiler which we had already been thinking about. Aaron came out a few days later and did an awesome job installing the new boiler. It turned out to be a bigger job than expected but this was no bother to Aaron. Now we have a boiler that doesn’t sound like it’s going to explode when we use hot water or put the heating on � I would definitely recommend Ben and his team to anyone who is having issues with their boiler etc. Chuffed. Absolutely brilliant service from Ben and the lads. Had a new combi boiler fitted and all the radiators replaced the old tank in the loft and cylinder in the airing cupboard was all striped out in a day and was only without hot water and heating for 1 night. Cant rate b brill plumbing and heating highly enough,after being let down by numerous company's in mk we were lucky enough to find ben and his team,came round and assessed the problem with our leaking flue which was in a tricky place to fix,problem sorted in a couple of days,extremely professional and polite and reasonably priced we will definitely be using them again! Outstanding service! We had our shower replaced today and the guy, Karl was prompt and incredibly well mannered. He completed the job in no time and cleared up after he had finished. The shower looks great and we couldn't wait to use it. The whole family has had a shower tonight (not at the same time, I hasten to add!) and it is fantastic. If we could give them 6 stars we would!!!!!Ben and his team have just finished installing a new heating system (boiler, cylinder, radiators, pipework) and completely replumbing all the house at the same time. The standard of work can only be described as excellent, everything has been done in a methodical, neat and tidy manner, explained where and when needed and any challenges discussed and resolved in a pro-active manner.After quoting and before the work Ben came out twice to ensure that we had a temporary solution to having no hot water and did everything he could to resolve a situation that most would have left until they came to redo the whole system.If you are looking for a heating engineer in the Milton Keynes area then we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ben and his team.
