I popped in today for a last minute bunch of flowers and the woman I seen was so friendly and helpful. Told her what I wanted and she told me to come back in 15 minutes. When I came back it was to the most beautiful bouquet of flowers for such a good price too! Bay Tree are doing my wedding flowers and I’m even more excited now! Excellent customer service. I have purchased flowers from The Bay Tree florist a few times, and they are always high quality. The customer service is second to none, after I was let down by another florist, I walked into The Bay Tree, during a very busy period, when most places would either turn you away, or only accept orders that had already been placed, and walked out with the exact bouquet I was looking for.That was a year ago now, and I have since placed an order over the telephone and most recently, through the website, and can still say the customer service alone is deserving of the 5 stars. After identifying a mistake in my order, I was quickly contacted via email to confirm my request, where most other businesses would have just completed the order as it was.
