A fantastic range of food from around the world at the neighbours BBQ on Saturday. The paneer kebabs with chat masala were amazing and the chorizo burgers were marvellous too. Highly recommended.

I planned a 50th Birthday party for my husband, and without doubt, the evening went down so well, due in no small part to Michele, not just for the superb food, but her suggestions and advice well before the big day ! !!!
It’s not every day you organize a house party for maybe 70 people !!!
Michele, came to the house on a number of occasions and took note of what I wanted
After deciding on the menu she brought samples of the food, and she kept in touch by phone and email on how the event was progressing.
With Michele’s advice she organized a company to make cocktails and provided another member of staff to serve and top up drinks, look after the guest’s refreshments, clean glasses and generally keep everything nice and tidy as the night progressed.
A focal point of the party was the kitchen, but the number of people in here, did not effect in any way, Michele’s professional approach and ability to provide such a high standard of freshly cooked and piping hot food. As she was going along all dishes were being cleaned up, I never noticed she was there !!!!
Although I was the host, I felt more a ‘pampered guest’ at my husband’s party.
Michele was confident, was joking and socializing with guests and was the ‘photographer’ for the group photos.
Guest have said its one of the best parties they have been attended.
The starters and curries were amazing, and that’s no understatement
The number of comments we have received about the salt and pepper Sui Mai’s Michele made, that they were the best they have ever had.
I would recommend her 100% for any function or event.
She took the pressure off myself as the host, the party couldn’t have gone any better, but I put this down Michele and the staff.
She provides all her own equipment, was here early to prepare and set up, and stayed well into the night.
For sure the party would not have been so well received without Michelle and her advice, and can’t thank her and the staff enough.

Michelle is a Chef who so different than any other Chef. Not only is she an amazing professional chef but she has such a big HEART. The joy /love/attention and a sprinkling of TLC she puts into her recipes she also puts into helping those in need.

Wow! It's not often you get to meet someone as inspirational as Shelle. She is an amazing chef, if you get the chance to attend one of her courses or events grab it quick, just drop anything else and go for it.
If ever I wanted any catering for an event, private or personal, Baytree would be my first choice.
Over the years I've met and networked with some of the top celebrity chefs but Shelle leaves them standing due to her enthusiasm and personality.
Her food is delicious and she can think outside the box so can adapt to facilitate whatever her brief requires. More...

We asked Michelle from Baytree catering to cater for our staff Christmas party this year, Michelle goes above and beyond and is amazing at what she does. We asked to cater for 200, with nibbles and street food but there was enough food for much more. I've received so many compliments about the food and how delicious it was. Thank you Michelle! Thanks Michelle for the course you ran at MD. The sessions you delivered were really enjoyable and the food we got to taste was gorgeous and motivated me to have a go myself.

I've tried new ingredients out and have a couple of additional healthy recipes I can quickly use for family meals. I've even invested in new knives ( only cost a few quid ) and chopping onions has never been easier with your technique � More...
