We were delighted with our wedding cake 2 years ago, it remains the most stunning wedding cake I’ve ever seen, it took all the glory & tasted as good as it looked. Thank you so much for our stunning wedding cake which exceeded expectations. The cake fitted perfectly with the rest of our theme and all of our guests commented on how fantastic it was! We are almost finished our top tier which we didn't cut on the day as we wanted to keep it just for ourselves and the children for after the honeymoon, it is absolutely delicious chocolate orange! Our other tiers were apple and cinnamon, and vanilla. All three were scrumptious. We would happily recommend Bay Tree Cakes to all.

Thank you for the wonderful cake that you made for my son's wedding this weekend. The cake looked and tasted amazing. Practically everyone commented on how much they enjoyed it and were taken with the different flavours - Apple and cinnamon being a particular favourite and highly recommended. Taste and the look are actually only one part of the equation. What Victoria and the team at Bay Tree Cakes offered was an amazing professional service. No request or multiple changes of mind was too much trouble and they took it in their stride. We first met Victoria from Bay Tree Cakes at the Ricoh Arena Wedding Fayre and instantly loved the designs. We then went along to a cake tasting event (which, of course, was our favourite part of wedding planning! ), and eventually decided on our flavours; Lemon Drizzle, Victoria Sponge, Coconut & Raspberry and Fruit cake.
Nothing was too much trouble - Victoria was lovely and everyone complimented both the attention to detail on our cake design (with characters and our two dogs), and the taste.

We first met Victoria from Bay Tree Cakes at a wedding fayre at our venue at Sketchley Grange hotel. We were instantly drawn to the giant post of a naked cake and loved it from the moment we saw it (unable to previously both decide on a cake we loved! ) but this was nothing like we’d seen before. After going to the cake tasting we were hooked and loved every flavour! Victoria was so lovely and helpful the whole way through and even rung me a few days before the wedding to ask if she could add a little extra icing due to the weather so the cake didn’t dry out on the day (so thoughtful and going that extra mile I doubt some others would do). I had a little cake on the day and it was amazing as we had expected and are still enjoying it weeks after the wedding thanks to our freezer! Everyone complimented on it and loved it!! More...
