Bay Glen Animal Hospital is by far the most outstanding and exemplary clinic. We have been taking our pug there for 13 1/2 years and everyone is so kind, caring and attentive. I just have to say everyone here is wonderful, from the support staff to the technicians, to the drs. We had a rocky road to become pet owners, and everyone at Bay Glen was so caring and supportive. We especially love Dr Trevino and HIGHLY recommend him if you have smaller children. He is amazing and talks about the pet care with the kids not at the kids. He really engages them and guides them (the kids) to be responsible pet owners. I have never actually ever seen anything like that. As a local Realtor Bay Glen is on my list for any of my clients for pet needs moving to the area. I wish I could give them 10 stars. A huge shout out to Stephanie for always being there for me as well, calming my fears, helping even after hours to get things moving. When we walk in everyone knows us, knows Bruno and is very loving and compassionate. Now they offer grooming too! So we are super excited about the new added feature. Had our first appointment at Bay Glen Animal Hospital. Dr. Trevino was our veterinarian. He was great with both dogs and took his time to explain treatment options, costs, and after-care. He even sat down on the floor to look eye to eye with our dogs. The staff are friendly and waiting is very short. Great location. We have seen Dr. Trevino since moving to Houston in 2012. At the time we had 5 dogs and 2 cats. His heartfelt care and great manner with our pets has been a blessing. When our older dogs (Parker and Patsy) passed, his compassion and emotional support was so heartfelt in this sad time. Their contributions to A&M Veterinary School in their memory was an example of the caring and understanding of the importance of our family (us, doggies and kitties). When our German Sheppard-Parker-was diagnosed and passed of cancer, they asked if we would allow Parkers' body to be sent to A&M for an autopsy in their animal research program.

Since moving to Houston in 2004, I have taken my dogs to Bay Glen Animal Hospital. I highly recommend both Dr. Trevino and Dr. Long, as they both truly care and go above and beyond to ensure the best care for animals. After recently losing my beloved boxer, I received a letter saying the doctors at Bay Glen made a memorial donation to the Texas A&M University. Dr. Trevino, Dr. Long and staff have been a blessing to our family. They truly care and want to help. They saved our dog's life on Friday with emergency surgery. From the moment I called Bay Glen, Mabel's calm demeanor helped us get our dog the care she needed quickly. Once we arrived the staff immediately took our dog back for x-rays to determine the cause for her symptoms. After the x-rays the doctors explained exactly what was happening and told us our options. They were all well-versed in emergency surgery and were confident of their abilities. They did not give us false hope, but we knew that our dog was in the best hands possible. We cannot say enough wonderful
Things about the doctors and staff at Bay Glen Veterinary Hospital. Our beloved Bernie became very sick and our previous vet totally misdiagnosed him, even saying that and X-ray was normal when there was clearly a mass. The vets at VCA emergency room referred us to Bay Glen. It turned out that we had to put Bernie to sleep which was devastating to our family. The doctors and staff were in tears along with us and even called to check how we and our other pets were doing. More...

I took my pug, Shelby to Bay Glenn last week, Dr. Trevino and the staff were so compassionate and caring. Sadly, my poor baby was sicker than we realized and had to be put to sleep. We saw Dr. Jong this morning and she was very nice and informative about vaccines and what to expect after (since Puppy is sensitive). We discussed behavior issues (she’s a counter surfer) and how to approach the issue. I loved that her technician was very calm when getting her vitals and she was also very kind. Puppy enjoyed all the treats and all the kisses she got to steal from y’all.

The care your pet receives at Bay Glen is the best you’ll find anywhere. All the members of this amazing “family” love my animals as much as I do. The front desk, groomer, kennel technicians veterinary technicians and doctors know me and my pets by name, they remember those who have passed and they do everything in their power to give the best of themselves to all who go there. Even when it’s busy, when there’s an emergency, they do everything they can to make your experience the best it can be.
