We’re a hot sauce brand from Hackney and our sauce is stocked across the UK. We do a number of pop up and catering events across London but happy to start traveling this year.. We taylor our menu to each event but we can ensure you all our food is well sourced and their will always be a few fun sauces for your guests to try. What’s your signature dish?
Themost sold dish would have to be our cheesy Ruden cury frys but we like to change our menu each event.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Our experice in food is second to none and communication with the client is key to delivering the event they want.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the catering events the most. Setting a new menu and delivering it to large scale events. Their so much fun and very rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Myself and my housemates decided to start selling our homemade hot sauce one day and the responce has been amazing. Never looked back and love creating a brand.

We're an inderpendent business and enjoy what we do. We try to deliver the best quity food at a very reasonable price with a good atmosphere.
