I saw Claire weekly from six months pregnant to help with a prolapsed disc and sciatic pain. I received excellent treatment which included acupuncture, manipulations, stretches and pelvic alignment. My posture improved while acupuncture offered temporary sciatic pain relief. My care while pregnant was invaluable and I would highly recommend. Since the birth of my daughter, I visit occasionally for realignment and acupuncture which is needed after lots of baby and car seat lifting! More...

I regularly attend here for chiropractic treatment. The No 1 chiropractic clinic in the Rhymney Valley. Bargoed Chiropractic Clinic offers a fantastic range of treatments. There are 4 treatment rooms plus a small yoga studio. I personally have regular chiropractic and chiropody treatments. I also love to have a hot stones massage, I have also tried the warm bamboo massage. All these treatments keep me moving. All the staff are very experienced, treat the cause and provide exercises and injury maintenance advice. They offer gift vouchers that can be used for any treatments on offer. Claire has recently installed a stair lift so anyone with mobility issues need not worry if the treatment is in one of the upstairs rooms. More...

Keith the podiatrist is excellent he is very professional but friendly and approachable. On my first visit he diagnosed that I was suffering from damage to the plantar fascia in my right foot.
