Kim is the most amazing personal trainer! She has revolutionised my attitude to food, exercise and my body. Being a total novice to any kind of exercise meant I was very nervous to work with a PT at all, but even during my initial consultation with Kim I felt at ease and safe. It’s now more than a year since then and I always feel safe with her. She has me challenging myself in ways I never thought possible - in and out of the gym. For anyone who believes they don’t belong in the gym, or can’t build a respectful relationship to their own body, Kim truly is an ideal candidate. She has changed my life and continues to do so. Services

I offer 1:1 and 2:1 sessions so you can train alone or with a friend privately. With Personal Training, you'll have the option to follow one of my Group Programmes or if you have more specific goals, a hybrid option of Online Coaching combined with PT will give you a more personalised experience.

My Group Coaching Programme is called Strength Class. It takes place multiple times a week and it's a great opportunity for you to train with expert supervision and a programme inline with your goals. You can also try it for free with our exclusive 2-week trial!

As well as in-person training, I also offer Online Coaching. So, if you want to train with me and you're not in Liverpool, or can't easily access the gym I'm based at, then Online Coaching would be a great option for you.
