We had a back garden with a steep slope and which had become overgrown and unmanageable. George and his team have turned it into something we love and wish we had done it years ago. They turned up when they said they would, did what was agreed for the price the quoted and left the patio looking tidier than before they started. After my initial enquiry, George turned up to inspect the proposed works (slabbed area for greenhouse / potting shed) and duly quoted. He confirmed the expected start date and he and his team arrived - almost to the minute - of that time. He re-confirmed the extent of the work and his team commenced immediately (no hanging about here). They completed the work within 6 hours which, given the weather conditions, was quite excellent. The end result was super. The team then removed around 2 tonnes of spoil (which had all be stored on tarpaulins to avoid damaging our tarmacadam drive) and cleaned up the whole area. George and team cut down and disposed of 16 trees in our back garden, erected 7 sections of decorative fencing, and enlarged our front run-in for better parking. They were cheerful, very hard working, well organised, and turned up when they said they would. We decided we needed an extra panel of fencing, - George got another and added it in ...... no problem. We thought our garden would be impossible to 'puppy proof' as it is located at the bottom of the Brae where there had been a landslide, but George and the team have done a magnificent job, and we now relax as our puppy can play in complete safety within the fence Balmoral Contractors built.
