Just had our conservatory installed. Our initial meeting with Ian was impressive. We were not given a hard sell. No pressure was put upon us, he simply advised and suggested which allowed us to make an informed decision. We were kept informed throughout. Terry took care of everything efficiently and promptly keeping us updated at all times. All the contractors were on time, hard working and courteous. Gary and Darren were exceptional, so hard working and very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable . They worked cleanly, making as little mess as possible and tidied up every day. First class experience with balhousie glazing once again. Last year front and back doors, this year this large front window. Everyone from start to Finnish was a joy to meet, no hard sell just asked what we wanted and discussed with us and gave us a perfect result. We had our new Windows installed by Balhouise Glazing at the end of May, fantastic job , guys who completed the installation were very friendly, cleaned up any mess and even put blinds back up for us ! Highly recommend this company .

I had all my windows replaced by Balhousie Glazing last week. A first class job, quality materials and beautifully finished. Plus, the workmen turned up on time, got on with the job, didn’t leave a mess behind, and didn’t bring along a radio with Radio 1 blaring all day. Well done, guys. Oh, and I mustn’t forget, the salesperson who came round to do the quote was informative, businesslike and, above all, not pushy (unlike some I could mention!). And all at a very fair price. More...

We've used Balhousie Glazing twice over the last 2 years (via the Window Advice Company) to replace most of old windows in our house plus a front door. Both times they've done an excellent job. The entire Balhousie team have been professional and friendly from the first visit. I have a dislike of stereotypical salesmen, the salesman from Balhousie could not have been further than that. Honestly advising is of the best option for us, not the most expensive. The building contractors were again professional and friendly, working hard to ensure everything was cleaned up each day and happy to talk and explain how they did things when I was nosey! Then the actual Joiners from Balhousie themselves were amazing. Yet again exceptional workmanship and courteous throughout. The electricians did a great job even when we changed some ideas mid way, they just got on with it. Decorator was amazingly quick when here and did an excellent job. The only part Balhousie are not so quick at its asking for payment! The conservatory was ordered before they had asked for the initial payment, the conservatory was 3/4 built before they asked for the payment that we agreed would be paid when the work started. Finally I will call them next week to make sure they get the final payment as we received the completion certificate over a month ago, and they have not billed us yet! I would advise using Balhousie 100%, they have exceeded or expectations at every stage. More...
