My personal four favourite cake flavours are; carrot and cream cheese, lemon drizzle, Victoria sponge and chocolate Guinesss but I’m aways experimenting with new flavours as to me the most important think about eating a slice of cake is enjoying it (and wanting to go back for more).

We had a great wedding cake from Rebecca, a beautiful lemon and Victoria sponge combo with whit chocolate icing. Reviews all around were fantastic re. flavours and look of the cake. Just being on this Facebook page and seeing Becky's cakes again is making me salivate an embarrassing amount. We were lucky enough to have Becky bake our wedding cakes - a carrot cake (with salted caramel), a chocolate guinness, and a lemon sponge - all of which were absurdly good, and so popular that I sadly wasn't able to live out my dream of cake for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the weeks following - not a crumb leftover! She was also a joy to deal with, so many suppliers during wedding organisation take their time getting back to you, but Becky was always so prompt responding, suggesting ideas, and accommodating our tastes in the most delicious way possible. I asked Becky to make our wedding cake and she certainly didn't disappoint - it was absolutely delicious. We had so many guests saying how amazing it was. Becky has baked for me on two occasions. The first a book club event partnering with the National Trust at Sutton House, Hackney. For this she made delicious lavender and lemon shortbread. It was beautifully made and tasted great (the biscuits even arrived with extra lavender to sprinkle!) They were snapped up so fast not one was left on the plate at the end. The second was a birthday event for my website. I requested something very different from Becky's usual requests: red velvet with black icing. The result was better than I could have dreamed. It tasted incredible and the cake topper I ordered fitted perfectly. I would recommend Becky to anyone! Definitely book her for your cakes and baked goods. More...
