Phoned up this morning for not a service but some advice on training to become an electrician and I must say completely blown away by the response! I rang Stefan this morning 18/10/18 as we had no electricity in the house. House phone and internet also down. Found Stefan's number in Yellow pages, he answered straight away and even rang me back on my mobile. He then spoke to my Husband for some time explaining what to do on the fuse box and was correct in thinking it could be the washing machine. The electricity is now all on, thanks to this very kind man. It may be a blip in the system, but any problems, I will contact him. Absolutely brilliant service, so grateful. Phoned tons of people who just didn't respond. Stefan came by the same day to fix my cold shower, and gave me a very reasonable price on installing a replacement. I would definitely recommend him!

Would highly recommend. Came back from a weekend away late on a Monday evening to find electrics out. Having done everything he could to diagnose the problem over the phone (to avoid cost), he came over and efficiently found the problem and rectified it. What I really appreciated was that he explained everything he was doing as he went along. I paid what I thought was a fair price given the call-out time, the time to diagnose and fix the issue, and his level of professionalism and courteousness. 'twas a fortnight before christmas, and all through the housenot a creature was stirring, not even a mousebecause the power had gone out againha haanyway my housemate rang a bunch of emergency electricians while i drifted dramatically & uselessly through the house lamenting the lack of wifi &etc. we got thru to this guy who agreed to come to our rescue even though it was 2am. he cycled over on a bike with a flat tire (not all heroes wear capes) & fixed our truly terrible electricity meter w/o complaining even though it was truly terrible and kept him here for like 3 hours. he didn't even complain when we paid him entirely in pound coins delivered via sandwich bag. looked a bit sad & perplexed by the entire experience but honestly i can't blame him for that. also there was a real moment of epiphany when the lights came on & in the sudden glare me & my housemate realised in tandem that he was really hot so in conclusion? 10/10 totally worth killing the lights for More...

I called Badger Electricals when I lost power almost completely in my flat. The electrician was extremely helpful and reassuring over the phone, and came out promptly to resolve the problem. In retrospect, it was something I should have been able to correct myself, but he took the time and trouble to explain (in a straightforward and unpatronising way) what I would need to do if the problem occurred again and refused any payment on the grounds that he would have come out to offer a quote for free. This is the kind of helpful service that is very rare - I would certainly contact him if I had any more substantial job to do and would 100% recommend him to anyone else. More...

We called out Badger Electrical on a Sunday, during a bank holiday weekend, as we had no electric. The electrician talked us through some simple things to check while we were on the phone, to try to avoid any unneccessary call out, and after ruling out any simple issues he visited us about an hour later. He found the problem quite quickly, explained the options we had and had the parts available to sort it straight away. Considering the time taken to complete the work, the parts we needed and the fact he'd come out quickly on a Sunday, we were happy that what we were charged was a very reasonable price.
