Bad Influence BBQ is a great option for all BBQ lovers (and I live in Texas, we have some pretty good BBQ out here)! Big C, aka Carlton (the owner) puts his own spin on sauces and seasoning which I do believe he bottles and sells as well (BONUS)!
Perspective: I drove 15 hours from Texas to Florida to get some pork butt from him one time. Just kidding but I did travel to Orlando from Texas and his BBQ was on my mind and I knew I had to get some when I got to Florida. And I did just that, so YES... it is that good!! So, if you're in the area, or traveling to, and looking for some finger lickin' BBQ hit up Big C and Bad Influence BBQ and get you some good ol POOOWWK (pork lol)!!!

I picked up a jar of “What the Jal” for the first time last week and boy am I glad I did. I’ve tried it on smoked brisket and a chicken tender sub and it’s added an amazing profile to both.
