What’s your signature dish?
Our signature dish would be shrimp and grits. However, cooking anything seafood related is our favorite thing to do.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We take food allergies and preferences in account. We like to create a menu based off our clients favorite foods, and make sure it's well balanced. We focus on food quality and deliver fresh food prepared from high-quality ingredients.
What do you love most about your job?
We are passionate about what we do and we believe it shows in our food and service. When you hire us, you work directly with the owners and not a sales person.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A friend advised me to do what I'm good at, do what is easy for me and do what I love.
