What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
To me, a great photo is one that is captured naturally and in the moment. When I am photographing any special event, my aim is always to to tell a story and provide special memories in your photographs that will last for generations.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What would they like to get from the shoot, do they have a specific list of shots in mind?
Do they have a preferred style of shooting? Documentary or reportage style? Posed photos?
Would they prefer the photos to be edited in colour or black and white?
How would you like to receive the finished photos, in print, an album or digital copies?
Will there be someone available to me on the day (a relative or friend) to help with organising family members you would like to be in the group photos?
What do you love most about your job?
I love to be able to capture special moments in people's lives and to share my own creative perspective on these moments.
