How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Through the development of personalised SMART plans ensuring that the goals they've chosen are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time specific) . Clients are provided with the support and motivation required to make their Personal Fitness training an enjoyable experience of which they can take ownership of.

Being realistic and committed to your Personalised Fitness Plan to ensure long term Lifestyle changes can be adopted. Personal Goals should be achievable

Encouraging clients to love what they do and seeing the results for themselves
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been teaching exercises classes for over 20 years and felt that a lot of things available are mainstream which require individuals to be 'the same as everyone else'. I want to provide opportunities that are more personalised and bring the fun back into taking care of ourselves.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have over 20 years experience of exercise instruction and over 30 years of a variety of fitness experiences. I am interest in a holistic approach to supporting individuals in their fitness and wellbeing and enabling clients to take ownership of their activities and plans.

Teaching Step Aerobics, toning and flexibility to a class and all other tasks associated with Exercise Instructing e.g. Health & Safety, Risk Assessments, First Aid . Finding ways to review and revise exercises to meet individual needs and abilities.
