We manufacture an automatic stopcock that monitors the water flow in your property 24/7 and protects against flood damage in the event of a burst pipe.

Most properties are linked to the mains water supply by a manual 'brass type' stopcock and therefore are vulnerable to flood damage in the event of a breach such as BURST PIPE / FAILED FITTING / OR TAPS LEFT OPEN - and this causes over a billion pounds in damage each year , not to mention the upheaval.

Due to the damage most insurers now limit claims on flood damage , impose heavy excess to claims, or refuse to insure if you have had previous claims.

An AUTOMATIC STOPCOCK monitors the water flow and terminates the mains water supply in the event of three main flood risks:-

1. Constant water flow for a pre set period of time - indicating a burst pipe or taps left open
2. No water flow for 72 hours - indicating the property has been left vacant (major flood risk)
3. Temperature falling below 3 degrees at the control unit - risk of freezing.

Our product was first patented in 1993 and now protects tens of thousands of homes giving the owners peace of mind with a tried and tested solution. It is easy to install and is available in 2 sizes (15 and 22mm).
