Wow, Denise was so loving and attentive to my (kind of high maintenance) pets! After meeting her to get a vet visit ride, I felt totally comfortable with her staying in my home with my dog and cat while we were out of town, and I was delighted to get such wonderful photos and updates while gone. It really helped me feel comfortable, and helped how much I miss and worry about them. My pup gets meds, and can be anxious, and my cat can be stand-offish and shy at first, but they were all fast friends quickly. Gretel got lots of walks and they both got lots of play exercise. Plus my apartment looked better than when I left OMG it felt so great to come home to my place and my babies. Austin Pet Concierge will be a regular part of our family's plans when we need some help to give our pets the very best around our busy schedules. Highly recommended! More...

Denise is fantastic with our pets. She's ultra observant of our older cats and alerts us when there might be an issue. Our dogs love her too, and always greet her with enthusiasm. We're lucky to have found her.

Denise is wonderful! She took great care of our dog and our niece dog when we had a super busy day and didn’t have time to run home to let them out. She was super flexible and responds quickly by text. I felt safe having her come into my house rather than some random person from a sitting service! We even got a text update and pictures when she came to let them out. Definitely recommend!! More...
