Loved my introduction session today with Sian. Belonged to a few gyms over the years but Sian's input was supurb in comparison. Excited to get a new routine and back into exercise. Chris is an amazing person. always calm always proffessional to the letter. He has an amazing ability with cosmetics and never fails to deliver the results you could only dream of. I always find Chris to be faultless in his customer service. He genuinely cares about his customers.
Been seeing Chris now for several years off and on. I genuinely wouldn't go to anyone else.

I had a problem which was dealt with quickly and with understanding. James renewed my style with full head foils and nothing was too much trouble. Yuliya my cosmetic beautician was wonderful. She was extremely professional yet friendly and calming. I was visiting the salon for botox and lip filler top-ups and she was very knowledgeable and explained what she was going to do and why. She was lovely throughout and had such a nice manner about her. It's just a shame she works in Essex as she would be such an asset to aUK and I would love to have her do all my treatments in future. First class experience today from Rachel too as she took me through my consultation for tattoo removal and answered all my questions thoroughly. The treatment itself was over very quickly and I am impressed by the results despite it being the first treatment! Rachel was really friendly and professional and I felt very safe in her hands. As usual aUK have excelled. The people that work there are all so lovely - from reception to the hairdressers and those in beauty and cosmetics. I am booking again for my hair and second tattoo removal treatment now. I cannot praise them enough. Best place to go, 100% recommendation from me. More...

Hannah was as lovely as ever and did a perfect job as always. It's a real shame that the brow bar has been moved to a open stairwell in front of the fire exit though. It's very impersonal and not as private as you'd like when being given a treatment. I did feel like I couldn't privately converse with Hannah as you were constantly interrupted by passing footfall from strangers and people looking through the door window. Exactly what Grantham needs - a bright, clean, modern salon with a variety of treatments that you can BOOK ONLINE. I find this to be the most important feature for a full time working mom! Competitively priced and always a good experience. You can go all day for a haircut and colour, massage, and pedi - one stop shop! If you want to get fit and healthy do yourself a big favour ladies and join this fabulous new Gym. I have been a member of lots of Gyms over the years and I have to say that the instructors here are amongst the best I have had. Anthony is so knowledgeable about diet and fitness that he puts others to shame.
The gym is equipped with the best I have seen and my first class last night was so much fun!
