We hired Robert to help with our green card for my husband. He was extremely professional and thorough. He put us at ease any time we had any worries and always truly cared about our status. Erica also was extremely helpful and never made me feel bad for calling multiple times in a day. Any time Robert wasn't available he called or emailed back within an hour or so and we never felt left out to fend for ourselves. My wife who is from Brazil and I met here in Florida and she was only here on a visit to see her friend. Her time was out on her visa and she was ready to return home. I begged her to stay and she took a chance to stay with her friend longer. We had to work quickly because we didn't know what would occur if she didn't have a valid visa. We were a little short on money and needed advise. I called several immigration lawyers and it seemed they were in such a hurry to get my money rather to give me some advise. Needless to say I got none. A family member suggested I give Mr. Pascal a call. Which I did. I must say he stands by his Motto "A concerned, caring approach." I called him for a brief consultation. Although the phone call was short I had my first steps to get going. Then out of nowhere I receive an email from him with all sorts of links and information on how to proceed. He WAS listening on that short phone call and cared enough to give me an email of what I needed, Of course I did what I could do but let him do what I couldn't. He worked with me to make it happen. Now my wife is a U.S. citizen thanks to Robert's Help! My wife and I can't praise Mr. Pascal enough.
