I have been a long time member of Zen's stretch class. It has done wonders in help keeping me limber as I get older. It helps counteract the affects of our sedentary lives (sitting in front of computers or in the car). Zen is a wonderful instructor, very concerned about the well-being of his students. Very good program. Sensei Zen is very very good at teaching martial arts. To me is amazing how I am learning and at the same time enjoying the company of my son and the group I get to practice with.

Zen's incredible knowledge and teaching techniques helped me with the various problems. While living in Rancho Santa Margarita I enjoyed Zen's classes on regular bases. I especially liked the ZeNDe stretch as it improved my blood circulation and eased lower back pain. His awesome stretching program prevents or eases many problems (like shoulder problems) and improves other problems (like neck rotation, posture, hip rotation and knee problem). It provides better sleep and stress release. Since we moved to Utah I could not find a better place to enjoy stretching as well as to prevent, ease or improve variety things I need. More...
