Water Damage in the KitchenI had several meetings with regard to water damage in the kitchen. I found Prassanna Perrera to be punctual, professional, polite and empathetic to my situation; he offered to take care of all correspondence and negotiation with the insurance company dealing with my claim.I was impressed that he actually found a plumber who was able to diagnose the cause of the water damage problem properly, whereas as 4 other builders including my insurance company assessors/builders were unable to find the cause of the water damage!! So I was thrilled to learn the root cause of the problem and then had a proper idea of what work was required to put the kitchen right. Prasanna exceeded my expectations with regard to my 18 month battle with the insurance company, who at one point claimed that my claim was 'invalid' I spoke and emailed Prassana during the18 month process and at all times he responded to my communications and queries swiftly and efficiently.I would not hesitate to recommend himself and Aspray to anyone in the future'S.Magon More...

'I had three meetings with flood damage property restoration companies Aspray. I found Prassanna Perrera to be punctual, professional, polite and empathetic to my situation; he was also the only one who offered to take care of all correspondence and negotiation with the insurance company dealing with my claim.I am a huge cynic and was initially sceptical of his confidence and the claims which he made however I decided to engage Prasanna Perrera of Aspray to the restoration of my flat.I am delighted to say that I made the right decision and that he exceeded my expectations and my flat now looks better than it did when I purchased it.
