ASI Security is a small business based in Kippax, LS25. Whilst a “small” business, it has a rapidly growing, positive reputation. Adam, the proprietor is friendly, approachable and respectful, not only of you as a customer but also of your home, and clearly prides himself on a job well done. My husband and I recently had work carried out by Adam, and I have to say I was amazed at how efficiently he works, and also how well he cleaned up after himself! There aren’t many people impress me (in terms of trades people) as experience has taught me that nobody else really cares about your home or the state they leave it in, but this is not true of Adam who left us feeling genuinely valued as customers, and that we had been treated as individuals rather than another tick on a sheet. The turn around time from visiting, establishing our requirements and making suggestions to help us, to providing a quote and getting the work done was exceptional. I cannot rate Adam highly enough... 5 stars all the way! If anyone is looking for CCTV (interior and / or exterior) and an alarm to protect your home, then look no further. Overjoyed and compelled to leave this review.......Firstly as with any work carried out on your home you want to know that the person you get to do it is going to treat your home as his own. Treat it with respect and care.... and in doing so give you complete confidence & satisfaction.Secondly you want the job to be what you asked for..... no excuses and no corners cut.So it is with great delight that I am leaving this review. I have thought about an alarm system for a while and now, most people also have a camera system fitted. I first contacted Adam at ASI Security about a year ago but at the time we were having so much other work done that we just couldn't afford to do everything at once. I have however now finally got round to having the camera system fitted (alarm will be completed next week) and I have to say the results are far beyond my expectations. From the very first moment you meet Adam you realise he sets himself very high standards and you aren't faced with loads of technical jargon. Everything is explained in a way everyone would understand. I was immediately confident we had the right man for the job and Adam didn't disappoint. When he said he would complete the job in a day I thought he was joking. He did actually complete the job in a day!! But here's the thing. I am sure other workman could have completed the job in day by rushing and cutting corners but upon inspection the workmanship couldn't have been higher. The house was spotless (Adam brought along his own Henry to clean up) and the exterior of the house was equally tidy. He even had to get power into the loft along with an internet access, he made a shelf for the recorder to sit on, all the cables from the 8 cameras were invisible and installed to perfection. The cameras were positioned to fully cover our property inside & out. The quality of the footage is like nothing I've seen before.There is a monitor in the kitchen to observe footage and change settings if required. Everything was fully explained and my wife & I get an email the moment anyone steps foot on our driveway.We are now fully protected! Theives beware.It has been a joy to have Adam working in our home and I would love to recommend him to anyone thinking of a house alarm or CCTV system. The quality is second to none and it has been worth every penny.Well done Adam..... seriously well done! 10/10 More...
