Being an advocate of one's success. Supporting them thoroughly and genuinely.

I wanted to do more than be a Human Resource representative through the means of paperwork. I wanted to work closely with employees by supporting their work in a environment needs. Allowing them to create harmony in their lives.

I am passionate and focused about my clients needs. I go outside of the session space and show up as needed. I do not limit my coaching to the paid session. I follow-up through a true interest to see them gain success.

I only provide online/remote services. Through the means of Google Meet or Zoom. As well as phone conversations and text messaging. Whichever is most ideal for the client or session need.

Continuing with my online/remote services. There is no in-person session to omit the possibility to transmit Covid.
