One of the biggest positives about the way Ashley operates is that he responds quickly to calls and texts - how many in the trade leave you waiting until you have to chase them, or just give up? An excellent job and standard of work. We were kept fully informed of progress and we asked for a couple of extra things to be done whilst they were on site and nothing was too much trouble. We even left them with keys to the house one day so that internal works could be done.
