Ashley put together a very professional diet plan and exercise plan for me along with training sessions that I really enjoyed. He showed me improvements on exercises that i thought i was already doing perfectly, and wow did it make a difference! Could hardly walk after a leg session with Ash. Ashley helped me achieve a body I am now proud of, it's something I've been trying to do for years using dangerous and stupid fad diets, unsurprisingly they didn't work or I couldn't maintain them and put weight back on.
Now I enjoy the gym (something I never thought I'd say ) and have a healthy sensible meal plan (with an occasional cheat meal) that I can keep up with !!

I've given Ashley 5 stars because although I was a bit skeptical that a personal trainer could help me, he has taught me a lot and I've been training for 4 years and thought that I knew nearly everything there was to know about training and nutrition. However I've never managed to get my body fat below 12% and get my abs on show. Ashley taught me a few key things about how to do this, and within<span id="moreReview564088" class="hide"> 3 months I could see a lot of ab definition and i'm confident that knowing what I do now i'll be able to get shredded to the bone in a few more months. Personal Training (1 hour)
A 1 hour session with me includes a short warm up, then the content of the main body of the session will depend on your goals. It will be followed by a short cool down and any required stretching or foam rolling.

When we are looking at changing a physique, the persons diet can contribute as much as 65% of the input needed for success, and diets are tricky to get spot on. So why not come to the professional and have him write it for you, macro engineered, calorie counted, and ready to start eating!
