I submitted a request for some patio work to be done through Bark. Ash from AS Groundworks responded, along with one other company. Ash came to look at the work required and quickly gave me a quote. His quote was the less expensive of the two. I liked his approach to how he would conduct the work and when it would happen. True to his word he started the work on the day he forecast. The work he carried out was in my opinion to a very high standard - I have had many tradesmen do work to my home over the past 10 years. His attention to detail was impeccable, and the end result gave testimony to that. He was also very respectful of my property, leaving it in a very tidy state. Really great. Friendly service. Clearded everything required. Happy to recommend. Will actually be using them for my parents garden clearance.
What do you love most about your job?
I love it all especially when the sun is shining radios on and theres a lovely big patio to lay.
But I don't think you can beat the satisfaction of seeing a job through from start to finish with happy customers, when your standing there at the end thinking yeah I did that.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I got into construction when I was a young lad and I've always had the dream of owning my own digger with my name on it and ive been slowly working my way towards it. I enjoy the freedom to take the jobs im passionate about, and create amazing spaces for people.
