ArtWorx Events offers step-by-step paint & sip art events taught by a trained artist at the location of your choice. It is independently owned and operated by a local artist. There is a choice of canvas, wine glass (or mug or vase), and tote bag painting.
We are always open to new ideas if you have another idea! Our events are perfect for corporate events, client appreciation, team building, holiday parties, birthdays, bridal and baby showers, bachelorette parties, school & community events, and of course, FUNdraisers.
An adult event starts at $35pp with a 12 guest minimum. The difference in timing depends on the artwork selected. It includes 2 wine glasses or beer mugs, a 16x20 stretched canvas, or a tote bag. I can do wooden plaques for slightly more.
Kids events are $350 for up to 12 children and $20pp additional. They include an 11x14 or 12x12 canvas and last an hour to an an hour and a half, depending on how the children work. We can also do small wooden plaques, tote bags, or mason jar mugs. We can do painting or watercolor colored pencils (colored pencils that turn to watercolor paint when water is added.)
All events include all supplies (including aprons to wear), choice of artwork, step-by-step instruction, digital pictures of the event, setup and cleanup. You (or the location) provide the tables, chairs and refreshments. We require about 2ft of space per person at the table to accommodate for supplies and painting space. If you could cover the tables with disposable cloths it is great, but if not I can cover with paper.
For an additional charge I can also provide personalized aprons, birthday decorations or other favor options.
There is a deposit of $150 due once the details have been finalized. Looking forward to speaking with you - please give me a call to discuss.
I attended an ArtWorx painting event at the local Whole Foods and it was so much fun! Danielle, the owner, makes sure everyone is having a great time. It is fun for all ages!
I had an office party and team building event with Artworx events. It was well run and even more fun than any of us would have thought. Danielle was organized and a pleasure to deal with, she made everyone comfortable from the start and carried it through. We all bonded with laughs while exploring our artsy side (whatever that may be). We had it at restaurant, so the evening was filled with refreshments making it a complete experience. We all left feeling proud, pleased and happy. More...
