it takes you more than 48 hours to answer each reply I sent you. And the only answer is "updated the theme". Even after upgrading 3 times this theme in 1 month, this is still not working and plenty of bugs! You are quite good in marketing, but bad in what you need to be good. Very curious that here in Facebook you are answering fast, and you answer by support team are SO SLOW. I suggest you to invest more in your support team, and less in social media marketing! I'll begin with the fact that their customer service is outstanding. At times because of time zone differences and being in demand even they are a slow in replying, they will always help with best possible solutions and complete guidance. For me Quality of Service is where any business relationship begins and Artbees have been a great team to work with. Then product-wise be it older versions of Jupiter or new Jupiter-X they take a lot of stress and anxiety away by making things super simple and straight forward. Since their technology is quite unique, you may need tiny bit of patience to learn but once you get the hang of it, and it truly takes very little effort, you will find it a breeze to work with. We experienced a lot of problems with Jupiter Theme and instead of fixing bugs we get workarounds written or they tell us it is caused by other plugins. When removing these plugins then, the same bugs still occurr. So instead of finding the problem on their side, first of all all others are the reason and this causes a lot of work they should do, because of bugs in the theme. Now since some time we did not change anything, because we fear that the site gets problems again and even though pictures have too big size. In the forum we saw that other users have such problems, too. In addition to this problem the blog teaser is broken with different image sizes, so this problem sounds similar to the other. We also had double animations in pages. Instead of fixing in the theme we have again a workaround. Sad to say it, but not the quality we expected. If the problems would be fixed instead of... Update: Try uploading a video to a ticket does not work, too. You can wait an hour and the system still says: "Uploading...". More...
