Loved my appointment! Everyone was was super friendly and most importantly they were on time as well. Usually when you have an appointment you are required to show up on time but the doctor can call you in anytime they want. Not here! I have had 2 appointments with him and each time I left feeling satisfied and more knowledgeable about my vision and how to handle it, especially since my job requires me to work with 2 computer screen at least 90 % of the day. Doctors Moretsky and Cassidy are the best! My dad has been a patient for over a year and they always explain everything and are ready to answer any questions we have. It is so nice to have excellent doctors we trust and know are taking care of my dad's vision. The front office staff is also very professional, nice and helpful. Once again, kudos to Dr. Kalina. Dr. Kalina is very caring, compassionate and kind. Very personable. It is quite obvious that he is passionate about what he does. Never rushed during visit. Dr. Kalina always provides a great experience!!Only con is that Dr. Kalina is only scheduled at the Thunderbird office one Friday a month. It would be great if he were there on a more frequent basis. After contacting QualSight LASIK, I found that they had Valley Eye Specialists listed as one of their preferred and was able to get their discounted price. The staff was great - most have them have been there for many years which says a lot about a business. The experience was so easy. Every step was explained, and I was well taken care of.
