I had a very good experience with Arizona Roofing Systems. I had 5 different roofers come out. Three of which didn't even get on my roof, and they all told me because my roof was 19 years old, that it just needed to be replaced. Then Todd came out and actually got on the roof, diagnosed the problem and offered a solution that wasn't a full replacement of my roof! I waited till after monsoon season and even though we didn't have very many rains my area got hit hard several times and I had no leaks! Thank you Todd for your honestly and trustworthiness and thank you Arizona Roofing Systems for sending out knowledgeable workers to fix everything and keep me dry. **Update- A week ago, tried contacting the owner, Josh, through voicemail and text, about the situation with their worker, Todd, and still have not heard back on remediation of this problem. I am still with a leak that my warranty could have paid and fixed by now. *** Avoid having their worker, Tod, do any of your work. Very unprofessional and only cares about the money and not his customers. He was assigned a roof leak claim on my home warranty in May 2019. On the phone, before he even came out, he tried to tell me I owe him a $100 service fee, which my warranty claim fee is only $45. Even my home warranty company confirmed that he was not correct and that he would only be reimbursed $45. I told him that he was not getting any money from me, and that he did not have to show up to my house if he was not okay with how the home warranty was going to pay him. Needless to say, he still came to my house on May 17th and diagnosed my leak. He talked badly about my home warranty company saying they would not cover anything, without even submitting an estimate to them, and that I would owe him $1600 if I wanted the leak repaired. He then proceeded to tell me the service call was $100, after we already had this conversation on the phone. I again refused to pay him since the home warranty was covering the service once he submitted the diagnosis. He is now refusing to even send the home warranty the diagnosis estimate because he wants to be paid first. Now, I am still here, with monsoon season coming, with a leak that needed to be fixed a month ago, all over $45. Todd has poor work ethic , unprofessional, and needs to stop taking warranty calls if he does not want to follow their process! More...

Some miscommunication pre- and post project. I had been contemplating roof replacement for a couple years until a slight leak during a stormy, rainy period forced my hand. It was a busy time for all the pros I had contacted and nailing down a start date was a little frustrating but completely understandable. Once started the actual project was less than 3 days—quick and painless. No problems in the 6 months of weather since Arizona Roofing completed their work. Their bid was about 15% below others and I truly feel a great value especially considering the materials and associated warranties. Their front office and project manager were friendly and mostly timely in responses. I paid in full with a personal check at project completion but a month later received an email that I was past due on payment. I responded with a copy of the canceled check. More...

When my roof leaked, I called a friend to ask who she would recommend. She told me to call Arizona Roofing Systems. I did. They called me right back and came over the next day. I had initially gotten a quote from another company that my insurance company set me up with which I found to be far more expensive than I thought it should be. I found Arizona Roofing systems online and gave them a call to get an estimate. They were able to come out the next day and had an estimate to me quickly after inspecting the roof. Their quote was $1,000 less than the other one which ended up being below my insurance deductible! They were able to fix my roof 2 weeks before the other company! As the crew was fixing the roof, one of them explained everything that they were doing so I was fully aware. They were quick and professional. I can't speak to how well they fixed it because I didn't get up and inspect it, but the crew let me know that if I have any problems in the future with the repaired areas, they would come out and fix it.
