I have used them over 5 times and they are great. They are the least expensive place I have found in or around Scottsdale for repairing iPad/iPhone screens, the devices work perfectly after being repaired and they have always done them quickly.
Based on that alone they deserve 5 stars but the reason I came to leave a review is because of their water damage deal. If you drop your iPhone in water and need it fixed they will attempt to fix it for $20. If they can fix it then you are charged $20 but if not you aren't charged anything else. I think that is a great price for fixing water damaged phones but what is amazing is how they seem to fix ANY water damage phoned. I had one that got knocked into the pool during a party and was there overnight....they fixed it. I have taken another old iPhone I had that set down in a drink that was in my cup holder and they fixed it. I have sent 4 other people there and all of theirs got fixed. It is very impressive.
