My brother is in an electric wheelchair as he has MS and we went to visit his wife and daughter who are currently in hospital. After trying to find a company that had a wheelchair accessible taxi to get back to the train station after our visit, we were losing hope of any chance of finding a suitable taxi but Arena Taxis went above and beyond in finding us someone who was able to drive us back to the station and we didn't have to wait to long either. We couldn't be more grateful and would definitely recommend this company. They even rang me later on to make sure we got back home safely! They are so polite, considerate and very caring. We have used Arena Taxis for many years, and have seen the company grow from strength to strength, especially after new ownership. Since early 2016 we have an account as we require their service at least 5 times a week, for local and for long distance journeys, any time of day or night, pre-booked or right away. We have got to know all the drivers, the cars, the office staff and the owners. The service is mostly excellent; occasionally there is a blip, which is unavoidable in any business; rarely we have been dissatisfied, in which case I picked up the phone and spoke with one of the owners direct and the matter got sorted.We always call the office to confirm advance bookings on the day or the day before. We give Arena Taxi's top marks for comfort, compatibility, accessibility, availability, reliability, punctuality, trustworthiness, patience, friendliness and, yes, kindness. In our experience travelling with Arena is a pleasure.I can highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed. And if you are, speak with one of the owners.Bon Voyage! More...

Vey professional, best rates and the send a cab at any hour. The cabs are very clean and smooth. Very safe and very helpful and they always go beyond their brief to help and make us feel safe and comfortable.
