Bowen Practitioner
Jane has been working from home for the past 8 years part-time and have helped many people with soft tissue or stress related problems.
Bowen is a very gentle, non-invasive therapy that enables the body to rebalance and heal itself from past injuries or emotional situations.
By very gently rolling the muscle at specific junctions of the body it gives it a chance to redress or change a pattern, getting the to area of dis-ease.
In between moves, the Practitioner leaves the room allowing the body a chance to make its changes. These breaks are an essential part of the treatment.
Shibashi Tai Chi Instructor
Jane teaches four Tai Chi classes around Williton and has been teaching for 6 years.
Shibashi Tai Chi is a set of 18 Qi gong moves, incorporating slow, gentle movements linking the breath to the movement.
It helps promote serenity, connects the mind with the body and is sometimes thought of a "meditation in motion". Slow abdominal breathing helps stimulate Qi (energy) and helps oxygenate the whole body.
It helps reduce blood pressure, keeps joints mobile, arthritis and chronic back pain is improved, aids balance and co-ordination, boosts the immune system as is excellent at calming the mind therefore aiding stress and relaxation and so is excellent to do before going to sleep.
The 18 moves can be done either seated or standing.

Paul runs our small Bed and Breakfast and together we offer a 'home from home' experience and have gained 4*with the AA. Arden Cottage, is a beautiful thatched cottage set in the village of Williton. We have 2 king size bedrooms and one single bedroom, all offering private shower facilities as well as plenty of home comforts. Our rates are £40 per person, per night.

Paul and I take care of your dog whether you go away for one day or two weeks for a holiday we are here to put your mind at rest that you dog will be well looked after whilst you go away on holiday.
