Mobile optimization and intuitive structures are keys to a great website. First off, the majority of website visits nowadays are via a mobile device. Because of this, is imperative that businesses optimize for visitors to have a seamless experience on their website through a mobile device. What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
It is important for us to get to know our clients before we begin a project. We want to know their goals, visions, non-negotiables, and their overall involvement in the project. No two businesses are alike so we treat starting a new project as starting a new relationship. We will be open and transparent about our process and accommodate to our clients to ensure we can collaborate to make an unstoppable team.
What do you love most about your job?
The marketing business is always changing and that is a big aspect that I love about this company and business. The digital world changes so fast nowadays that it's hard for businesses to stay up to date on the latest best practices while also running their company. I love that we get to be the fuel to the fire of passionate businesses and help them effectively communicate their business to the world while they get to do more of what they love. I love seeing what we do make a positive impact on our clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My partner and I saw the marketing industry changing faster than most marketing companies could keep up with. We had our finger on the pulse of trends and best practices and knew we could really help some businesses that we had already worked with previously, just by changing their strategies. It wasn't long before word of mouth acted in our favor and we grew very fast, acquiring clients in a variety of industries from shopping malls in NYC to small businesses in Norway. Seeing the difference we were making for these companies was a strong indicator that we were doing things right. Our secret sauce is change. We are learners who will never stop being curious about communicating the right message to the right people.
