Had an issue with my boiler so I rang aqua serve and they came the next day,the engineers checked and serviced boiler and inspected the pipework-received a phonecall that afternoon from graham telling me exactly what his engineers had done and I asked him to service my boiler next time which he said he would contact me when a service was required:prompt and professional service for added peace of mind.

I called up Aqua Serve to see if they had any availability before Christmas to have a look at our boiler as it was leaking and the heating wasn’t coming on. Graham said he can come round the following day to have a look, he fixed the leak and diagnosed the heating issue and fixed the issue for us the same day and in time for Christmas. Even though he was an engineer down he still came out to us even when I couldn’t get anyone else out. I can’t recommend Aqua Serve enough, I will use them again and again. More...

In 2013 when we moved into our house we found an 8 year old Viessmann heating system with Solar panels. It had been installed by Advance heating from Coventry and frankly it was a mess. We had trouble finding someone to sort it out but Graham came to our rescue. There was a leaking pressure relief valve in the attic which meant the system would not hold it’s pressure and had been making a wall damp. The hot water cylinder had not been installed properly and was dangerous and there were lots of other issues with the heating system. Graham sorted it all out and has looked after us since. Aquaserve have serviced it regularly and recently when the gas valve went they came promptly and fixed it so we are now back to normal. At 14 years old the Boiler is probably reaching the end of it’s life but we will probably replace it with an up to date Viessmann and get Aquaserve to do the job. More...

My worst nightmare, no heating prior to Christmas due to a faulty gas boiler. After fruitless 8 calls to local companies Aqua Serve where able to send somebody that day and after some initial problems, some head scratching, eventually resolved the problem.

The company responded to emails promptly and the engineers arrived on time as planned. The work involved replacing a gas boiler and a Nest thermostat. Several problems concerning the larger size of the boiler unit and the existing wiring, pipe work and valve arrangement, which meant that the work took longer than anticipated. The engineer approached these problems thoughtfully and, after contacting the boiler and thermostat manufacturers, was able to overcome them satisfactorily. The one misgiving that I do have is that, before providing a quote, the possibility of routing the condensate drain within the building, rather than externally, was not discussed. More...

I'm really happy with my new downstairs toilet. Having been told for years I couldn't have one fitted under the stairs. It was great to finally find a company with a can do attitude. Graham came out to see me and said it wouldn't be a problem. A week later Ben came and fitted a toilet and a wash basin. As a child minder this has proved invaluable. Thanks so much for the excellent work carried out at our home to install underfloor wet heating in our new oak room. Ben and the team are very efficient and work to a very high standard.
