I recently purchased an Aquatub 200 from Sunil. I found the whole process refreshing not to mention the hot tub. Unlike many other local dealers I had visited, Sunil did not try to push a sale on to me at all. He answered all of my questions and had all the time in the world for me. The hot tub itself is brilliant. Spacious, quiet and relaxing. The installation team were also superb. It was installed and running in under 2 hours. They explained all the controls and chemicals. Sunil has been outstanding with his customer care - My new tub was faulty and although Sunil tried to replaced the parts it had to be returned. Bought both a hot tub and gazebo from Sunil, and the service was second to none from the off. The installation was not easy with the crane, as I have a very narrow drive, but the guys got on with it despite the rain, and the installation was completed.
