We used the services of Nicolae & APS legal & associates recently in order to put in place a lasting power of attorney and will for my Mother-in-Law, who is Finnish and almost 80 years old. Right from the start Nicolae was very professional and he took the time to get to know my Mother-in-Law and also explain every aspect of the process, and to put her at ease. I was very impressed with how Nicolae handled the whole process, this involved a number of meetings over a number of months to conclude. In addition my Mother-in-Law was really pleased with the work that Nicolae completed for her and ourselves. We were put in touch with Nicolae from APS Legal to sort out our Wills. We just wanted something simple, ensuring our kids were listed. .. just in case. He visited us and we had a good chat about us and the why's and whatnots. He was happy to offer us what we asked for but also made some additional recommendations we had never considered.
