Riley and his team came around on Friday to quote for my driveway and started on the following Monday and finishing on Tuesday as he said my drive was very uneven stones/mud now I have a beautiful blockpave drive witch I am delighted with! Very hard working team kept me informed on everything going wile carrying the work out all around fantastic firm would 100% recommend I have already booked APS back in for the summer to landscape my garden in the back thank you again guys for the fantastic job!!! I have been left feeling ripped off as i have to get another firm in to put right or finish off what was not finished or done properly, this was due to a gross underestimation of the time needed to complete the work by the partners. We found out that they had told one of their staff that they had 3 days work for them. The 2 partners were constantly harassing their staff to get things done quickly so the job would be finished. Because of this we have been left with broken slabs laid incorrectly, grouting of the driveway unfinished, slabs coming up, fence unpainted, driveway and paths flooding due to not being laid properly. There is also the small matter of materials we paid for not being left behind, indeed we had to remind them more than once that we wanted materials left. We paid this company a very large sum of money for the work and yes the garden was a jungle and overgrown however we still expected the finish and service we were promised by both William and Riley. We are still waiting for a guarantee of the work but to be honest not hopeful we will get one.
Would we recommend this company to anyone - ABSOLUTELY NOT.
The actual labourers are brilliant and very hard working but let down by poor, ineffective and incompetent management. More...

To answer this customers poor feedback on us.. We turned up each day on time all members worked hard and each one of us always asking the customer if she was happy with progress of the job and if they wanted any thing altering we did estimate the job to be completed in 3-4 days but it run a day over and we where all more then happy to come 1st thing bright and early Monday morning to finish off there job before we went to start the next! All of are team members have been with us over 5 years now there are all professionals with there jobs definitely no (harassment) from any member of are firm!! The back patio we quoted to lift all old slabs and relay and point in witch we done as best we could working with 2nd slabs we also asked the customer if there was happy once there was all down and they gave us the thumbs up they also had a block pave drive with they wanted us to continue and make drive way slightly bigger are team done a fantastic job to say we was working with once again 2nd bricks the customer already had and going off a old driveway levels We left the remaining decking,pieces,Astroturf,slabs,bricks,sleepers, as the customer ask of us? How they can say we never left any left over Materials is Beyond me!! I’m really shocked at the poor review as we came for 5 days worked hard done a professional fantastic 1st class job witch the customer was more then happy with all work before we left the property or they made final payment!! Really did not expect this from them👎
