Approved Paving

I hired this company to install a fence to protect my 2 year old son from running out into the road. The job they have done is atrocious with sharp screws and edges sticking out all over. The gate doesn't even fit and has chunks missing from it at the top. It's so dangerous I am having to take it back down and hire another company to do the job. After agreeing to come and see me twice he never turned up and then stopped answering his phone. When contacted via email he was very dismissive and told me if I wanted to report him to trading standard then do it. After numerous opeertuntity for him to work with me to resolve the issue I have had to send all the details to trading standards and due to the dangerous state in which he left the job I have also sent all the info to the health and safety executive. Got a quote from him and arranged a date to start. That day never came and didn't answer phone calls or replied to my texts.
