Naveed was a life saver, literally. After my initial immigration lawyer made a mistake with my daughter's application and to make it worse UKVI also made mistakes in the processing of the application which led to it being refused. My initial immgration lawyer was kind enough to suggest Naveed and after just a few conversations with him I was really confident he knew what he was talking about. It was a tense few months for our family but Naveed made it as smooth as possible. He put in those extra effort of working late nights and weekends when doing the appeal and filing a fresh application. He was never hard to get in touch with and always kept us updated on developments. He took the onus on him of getting it sorted so that we could just get on with our lives.He even made the effort of travelling down to meet his client. I went to Naveed Abraham after my last Solicitors messed my case up. My application was refused for something that could have been sorted out by my last Solicitor, they did not point out the obvious issue with my case, this then meant that I was refused and had to appeal. Naveed handled my appeal with great care and provided me with advice on all the steps that would happen, we even found evidence from 2012 that I did not know even existed through his approach! I am very satisfied with the service. Even though I am in Rochdale and Naveed was in Birmingham everything was smooth compared to when my old Solicitor was in Manchester and local to me. I would recommend this firm if you have any immigration problems, you will be treated well and professionally. Distance is no problem for them as they will keep you updated all the time and you are only a click away from speaking to Naveed when you need him.
